Over his thirty-year career, Mr. Finn has developed and executed strategic resolution plans for thousands of pre-litigation disputes and litigated cases.  He has performed multiple roles in the mediation process: decision-maker, mediator, counsel of record, party representative, and representative for non-profit organizations with the final settlement authority.  Mr. Finn’s most satisfying work has been the facilitation of negotiated resolutions of disputes in the pre-litigation stage.
